Guest guest Posted January 28, 2007 Report Share Posted January 28, 2007 Had a more frustrating/difficult week this week. Life seemed to want to gang up on me. But, I did do 4 workouts, including a resistance workout and an abs. The chocolate crept back in the diet at the end of the week, purely due to stress, but overall my eating has been much better. I did not get on the scale last week at all, but I do not think I have lost any ground, and may even have lost a pound or two by the way my clothes fit. Am hoping this week will be better...Delana.
