week 3 update

No workout friday. Yesterdy did get ripped advanced. I have not

tried that one in a long while. It is aerobically very challenging to

me. Had to stop the tape at 25, 35 and 45 minutes for 1 minutes of

walking to catch my breath, but otherwise made it through except I did

not double time the standing ab work. It is a fun workout but tough.

I usually play tennis with my boys on sunday, but I think it is too

darn cold out there for me today and rain is expected, so I'll do

turbojam or taebo this afternoon, haven't decided which workout

yet...Delana.
