I have been approached by a physician group that wants to provide it's

own PT under the " incident to " rule. They want our company to provide

the PT services as an independent contractor. What I would like to know

is the following:

Is it possible to be contracted to provide a physician's group practice

physical therapy service by an already established private practice PT

clinic?

What are the benefits to this situation?

What are the pitfalls?

Is this legal?

I look forward to your responses and any references would be great.

Thank you!
