Guest guest Posted September 20, 2007 Report Share Posted September 20, 2007 Hi, I used to do taebo (8minute , every morning) last year and I looked great ( 138lb) and I stopped during December holidays and I gained about 16lb. I went back this year in June but was doing the Advanced workout, I have lost about 10.71lb. My main problem is that I have acquired a flabby stomach, not so flabby but my stomach is not that flat I am flat from the ribs down to just above my belly and I have some sort of a pouch from my belly down.
