Guest guest Posted January 4, 2007 Report Share Posted January 4, 2007 Hello all: Today I did Tae Bo Basic Live -- I haven't done this one in a while. It really reminds me of Get Ripped. I loved the energy. Will definitely do this more often. Yesterday I did Tae Bo Cardio. It was a 44 min workout but I could only do half because my back was so sore. So when I finished I popped in my Yoga for Back DVD and did the sitting poses, which felt good. My eating hasn't been as clean as I would like, but I am definitely getting back into the fitness swing of things.
