Guest guest Posted January 4, 2007 Report Share Posted January 4, 2007 I did Tae-Bo Cardio today. I am not sure which set it's from. I have DVD's all over the place. It was a lot of fun and it felt good to TB again!! I decided against a boot camp video just because I trained upper body yesterday and didn't think it would be a good idea to use the resistance bands. I am going to have to figure out a schedule with the boot camp tapes that compliments my weight training. I do a push/pull/lower body split. On a "push" day I do chest, shoulders, triceps. "Pull" days are back, biceps and a little bit of shoulders. Then on my third day, legs. Abs are thrown into every workout. It's going to be hard to fit boot camp into that, especially because rest is needed at some point! I guess I could try it without the bands, huh? I am just thinking out loud here... I do that a lot! I need to crack down on the water today! I haven't been getting in my 64 ounces. I used to shoot for 128 oz, but lately it's a miracle if I get 8!! I need to get with it!!! But hey, I never got the Flex express!!! Oh well, I tend to shy away from the express, 8 minute type workouts unless there is no possible way I will get a workout it. Remember the original 8 minute? I try to do at least 30 minutes if I'm going to get one in, but if I have to get something in, it's better than nothing!
