Today I did Get Ripped Advance II again. I had such a good time doing it yesterday so I thought, why not. I had taken a Tae Bo break for a while and I hadn't done this one in a long time. I'll try something different tomorrow. I usually do The Firm as well.

Well it's the 2nd day now. Yesterday I was good w/ the workout and the Reps Challenge..just didn't quite get all the water in. Nor all the fruits & veggies. Grrrrrrrr. I hope to do better with that today. I'll post in a couple of days with my success. :) I hope my fellow challengers are doing splendidly!!!! Tammy __________________________________________________

I'm doing pretty well. Monday I did Tae Bo Flex, Tuesday, Tae Bo Cardio, and this morning Turbo Jam Fat Blaster. My eating and water have been good as well.

I just ordered Basic Training Bootcamp and Ultimate Bootcamp. I can't wait to get them.

Yesterday I played tennis with my boys, an

hour an a half although not as vigorous as tae bo. I did great with

water, better with fruits and veg, although still as many as I should. The boys

had a friend over for supper and fun, and I couldn’t keep my hands away

from the chips and salsa. But the challenge does say to try to reduce it

to just 1-2 times per week, so I just have to be good for the next 5 days….plan

to get in my first strength training today with a bootcamp or fatblasting

workout. Delana.
