Saturday's workout

I haven't been able to workout since Thurs and today is another one that I can't do either. Today is my DD's bday party that included a sleepover last night so it just isn't happening. I can't wait to get back at it tomorrow, I was finally getting back into a groove. I'll have to make up my rest days this week and not take any if possible.

WTG to all those keeping up!

Today I did Get Ripped 8 min workout (really longer than 8 mins) and GR

Basic 2. Because there is toning in GR Basic wanted to make sure I got

more cardio. Next time will change the workout order to warm up and

cardio (skipping toning) in GRB then cardio in 8 min workout then back

to GRB for the toning and cooldown. I finished with some sitting

postures from Yoga for Back workout.
