For some reason my zinc levels now seem to be getting lower even though I am taking the same amount and brand of zinc that I have been taking for a long time. Should zinc be taken away from or with certain other supps to aid in their assimilation? Are certain kinds better than others? Our zinc is an amino acid chelate.
