I did 24 minutes today and it was hard. I missed two days this week and I could feel it. That last two minutes, I was as wobbly as Jell-O just pulled from the fridge.

The reason I missed one of the days is that I have a house guest now, a friend of my daughter's.

It's not that I mind her being here, but having her here is disruptive to the routine of things. Like sometimes, to be kind, I wait to workout when everyone is asleep. Can't do that if someone is sleeping in the living room. Etc. Etc. Even my computer is being taken over a little bit. Luckily, I only have to be patient for about a week. :)
