Hi guys,

Well I have these questions which are on my mind for a while now. I

donno what everyone calls thin and slim, how far should one goes to

reach that desirable figure? I mean what's that desirable figure

anyway? Am 168cm, 65kg. What's my ideal weight I still don't know. I

don't call myself slim, am still not satisfied with my body. I don't

like my abs or my legs. They're huge. How many times I should do Tae

Bo to see the results that I want?
