Guest guest Posted March 28, 2007 Report Share Posted March 28, 2007 Hi, My name is and I have been a Tae-Bo lover for many years. About 6 years ago I lost 20+ pounds using my TaeBo videos. However, in 2004 I had a rough pregnancy and last year I had a bad slip and fall causing me to go through months of physical therapy. All in all I am up 30lbs and climbing. I am very devastated as I have been trying to diet and exercise with no results. I believe that getting back into TaeBo may be my only hope at this point. I just hope my back can handle it now. I have a few questions and I would love to hear your suggestions. First of all I homeschool my 4 children ages 2- 11. I find it so hard to get more than 30 mins for a workout in my day. Do any of you have any 30 min tapes that you would recommend? I just can't take more than that away from the kids in one block. (The earlier I get up the earlier they get up). Also, I have been trying to watch what I eat. I'm trying to eat more fruits and more frequent smaller meals, however, I feel like I'm starving all the time. Instead of being over stuffed because I eat every 2-3 hours I'm hungry all day long. I'd love to hear some suggestions. Thank you so much!
