Check with Customer Service, they might send you a replacement one.

Hi all,It seems that one of my AMPED DVD's-- " Full Throttle " isscratched/damaged. Does anyone know how I can get it replaced without

having to buy a whole other set? Thanks!!As Deb has said: " Fitness is a journey and it begins with the first step. " " This isn't about weight loss, it's about enlightenment " -

Hi I'm new to the group and have not yet posted so this is my first. I would say try Ebay or Craiglist even freecycle in your area. Good luck!ReBecca Theodore-Vachon wrote: Hi all,It seems that one of my AMPED DVD's--"Full Throttle" is scratched/damaged. thanks for your help guys.. well, I called Taebo customer service and they were of NO help at all! The rep insisted that she didn't have me in the system for purchasing the AMPED set--mind you I gave her every bit of information just short of my blood type! I tried to explain I just wanted to replace one of the DVD's and she wouldn't even help me with that. Us wrote: Hi I'm new to the group and have not yet posted

I would talk with a supervisor. Did you get the reps name? I know that they're trying to fix problems because even though it has nothing to do with , it comes back on him as " his " Customer Service.

thanks for your help guys..
