Guest guest
I have recently read a marvelous book called " Love em or Lose em " it is really a simple accumulation of many things we know and in one chapter lists retention motivators - we have used that frame to do satisfaction surveys within our department and have used many many of the 'quick and easy' ideas as reminders to do what we know but often forget.... and it is working great! Guest guest
Because of the complexity involved in analyzing and presenting " non leading " questions we have only done formal surveys using an outside firm. This last year we have migrated to doing our own SWOT analysis surveys in lieu of specific employee satisfaction surveys. These are coordinated through our marketing department. These surveys offer ample opportunity for the associates to express their view points and suggestions. Using this method we can usually gain a perspective on overall associate satisfaction Ron Barbato P.T. Guest guest
Laurie, I bought this book after reading your 10.29.04 post below and have found it to be a great read. Considering we are moving back into a staffing shortage in Rehab, this is very timely. Mark Dwyer, PT, MHA Director of Rehabilitation Services Olathe Medical Center Olathe, Kansas markdwyer87@...
