IIRC, Marisa gave a bit more information without giving too much away (they had to approve her posts). But due to some life changes she was not at the filmings. All we know is that we're supposed to be going to the next level with the workouts. Nothing yet on length, cardio, weights, etc. It's supposed to be a great plateau buster and something that you can grow with regardless of your level. And was sore from filming.
