Gymmie: re the challenge -- I'm going for all 6! Right now I'm in day 2 of my 21 day consecutive TB challenge, but I'll be ready for Jan 1! Have a great day everyone! Thursday I did Advanced Live 6 ( got that for Xmas! - I am desperately trying to get all the old Lives. ). Yesterday was Turbo Jam Punch,Kick,Jam and today will be a Taebo with some resistance training - maybe Total Body Blaster or Extreme or Ultimate from the bootcamp series.... Guest guest Posted January 2, 2007 Report Share Posted January 2, 2007 Hi everyone, I walked 10 miles on monday Jan 1 That"s extremely challenging cause you always want to quit but since I am not a quitter I kept walking ,listening to my old school music keeps me going, then today Jan 2 I did taebo get ripped, I'm very sore I think I should have taken a break in between all that walking and that workout, tomorrow I will take a break.
