(not 'the power within' workouts). i have the inspirational workout too! it is a good one it is out of print so hang onto it! congrats on your accomplishments so far! keep kickin' :*carolyn. Guest guest
Carolyn - thanks for your note. I just got done doing the Fat Blast Accelerator from the AMPED series about 20 minutes ago. I agree, my shoulders definitely get a workout. The one thing that I have found with the AMPED series is that it doesn't seem to do much for the lower body beyond the abs. Do you have any suggestions about other workouts to add or supplement with to work the lower body (thighs, bottom, etc?). I have several other workouts including the boot camp series but am pretty sure I can't do both in one night. LOL. With 4 children, I sometimes have a difficult time finding a free 20 minutes let alone an hour. I usually work out between 9 and 10 pm and then fall into bed. Good luck to you on your tae bo ventures as well. Any suggestions you might have related to shorter more focused workouts that you have done would be appreciated. Thanks, Re: Welcome *~*Gymmie*~* wrote:> What is your name? hi jennifer! im carolyn, age 43, living in ontario canada. i am currently doing billy's amped workouts and am enjoying them. they are tough in places though!! my shoulders get a good workout with the bar, that is for sure.about 'the spirtual VHS tape' that you have, are you referring to the original 'inspirational' workout? Guest guest
Carolyn - thanks for your response. I did some research and ordered the Tae Bo Rockin' Buns DVD yesterday. I'm really looking forward to getting that one. I have the entire Turbo Jam series as well. I used to mix that with my Tae Bo workouts but found that it got to be too much of a break. I really like Chalene and he story of how she got started but I just wasn't getting the results that I got with Tae Bo. Thanks again for your extensive list of suggestions. I will definitely keep it for future reference. Tae Bo Rocks.
