Guest guest
Pushpa, I am so sorry to here that news. I hope that the specialist's can determine the underlying cause of the seizure, & get him well! We had to hand over to so many different specialist's in the past 14.5 mos. I found this very difficult, but yet I also knew it was the only way. We had to have faith in everyone that was involved in her care. Aman is in my thoughts & prayers. Guest guest
Pushpa- My thoughts are with Little Aman right now. I hope he improves quickly and that you learn what caused the seizure so you can prevent this from happening again. Guest guest
Pushpa, I am very sorry to hear about aman's seizure's I also do not know why babies or small children have to suffer so much. I only know that god can give us strenght and I will be praying for Aman in hopes he gets better soon. I know it is hard but try to have faith in the doctors I am sure they will figure out what is causing the seizure's and get him proper treatment for it to keep if from happening again. I hope you do not think that I am trying to push religion on you I only know that I believe that god and prayers can help. I will be praying for Aman and your family and will keep you in my thoughts. Guest guest
Pushpa, I am sorry to hear about Aman's seizure. I hope they figure it out and get him onto something that can manage the seizures or correct the problem altogether if possible. I agree, it is unfair all these little ones have to go through, but boy do you ever appreciate everything a whole lot more afterwards. Guest guest
Dear Pushpa, I cannot give any guidance on your grandson's seizures, but I can certainly tell you how sorry we are that he's hit another problem to be figured out. I cannot stress too strongly that this first year is the absolute worst, or at least it was for us. Of course, we have a lot of years to go still. My husband and I were always getting blindsided by one thing or another with our daughter when she was tiny. We would think that we had one thing under control and that we could relax a little, and then something else would crop up and scare us to death. It still happens occasionally, but not as often. And I think it's hardest when they are so little, they seem so fragile and defenseless, it seems so unfair that the little ones have to endure all that they have been asked to endure. Once Aman gets a little bigger, looks a little stronger, and has endured these things you and your family will not be quite as worried all of the time about his progress. At least, that's how it worked for us. I hope this gets straightened out soon for you! Guest guest
there are few things that we can give advise on that someone else hasn't already said, but maybe i can shed a little light. When elizabeth was a few weeks old she had one seizure and then a few weeks later another. After all test were done and results in her calcium levels were very low and that is what they thought caused her seizure. As far as a long term stand point she is now seizure free and ok but, while in the hospital she was on a special formula called PM 60/40. Hope this is a little help. Hang in there. mom to 1 CHARgEr, is,2,and wife to Lucas
