Guest guest
I am not an expert, but my friend has a child w/ TBI who did over 100 hrs. of HBOT, and started regressing after 80. She saw Dr. Harsch here in N.O. (expert in HBOT) who observed her, checked her palms, etc. and said she should have taken a break after 40 hrs., b/c she was experiencing oxygen poisoning. Maybe you could Google O2 poisoning and see if this may answer the question. Anne G. > > Hello All~ > > We took a few months off of HBOT..my son would get red cheeks, ears and palms. It was not related to being hot. > I believed this to be oxidative stress. > > We did 1.5 hrs and his palms were speckled...which would lead to the redness that used to baffle us. We also observed the return of a few absence seizures lasting till the next AM. > > Any tips on what I can do to reverse this...HBOT did wonders for us prior to 80 hrs, read old posts that talk about the combination of l-carnitine and q10. > > > TIA for any help~ > >
