Guest guest Posted November 6, 2006 Report Share Posted November 6, 2006 Today, and this week, the goal workout time is 20 minutes. I did do this today. And it feels like the exact right place for right now. I'm excited about 20 minutes because it is when I exercise over 20 minutes then I begin to lose weight and I can see my body changing. I like that! I actually look forward to the workouts now, in a strange sense. I wait until I know my family won't be walking in on me, and then I go for it.
