Guest guest
<<Does anyone have any plateau busting advise for me? >> Two thigns work for me when I get on my plateaus - and they happen often here! - 1. Patrience. Just keep on doing what I've been doing,. knowing I am getting fitter and healtheir and the scale will catch up. It usually does - and I sometimes ditch the scale for a few weeks and use measurements instead. 2. Shake thigns up a little - try a different eating pattern or meal suggestions, change up my workouts ( different workout ord diferent rotation). Anny in Australia - who may need to try some of these ideas after all the New years hols!

I let it play with my head WAY too much!!
Guest guest
Also, are you getting enough recovery time? Hmmmm, I don't know. I only weight train 3 days a week, so I think I have enough recovery time there. I do cardio 6 days a week. I usually take Sunday's completely off. Thank you for your encouragement
