Like now, I haven't lost weight but yesterday I met people haven't seen before Xmas and they were all "OMG, you've lost more weight. You look great." I haven't, but the exercise is making me look different ( beetter?). My jeans are also loose. So, my advice is just to keep at it and use the scale as only one of your tools ...
