week 3 update

Have had a better week this week, in spite of it being very

stressful. My husband is gone visiting his mother, the kids had

final exams and work has been crazy. But, I have gotten my fruits

and veggies every day, and have had a few days with no junk food! I

am particularly proud of wed nite-got home late, had to move

straight to dinner because one of my boys had youth group and there

was not enough time for a workout before I had to take him. When I

got back I was tired and it was too soon after eating to work out.

It was 845pm when I got back from picking him up when the youth

group was done, and I was really thinking I would just have to skip

my workout for the day. But instead, I decided to try Advanced Live

5, which I just got used from Amazon.com and have never done. I told

myself I would do 20 or 30 minutes or so, which would be better than

no work out at all. Well, it is a killer, more than half of the tape

is floor work and I was afraid I would not be able to walk the next

day as he really concentrates on the legs and glutes as well as

abs. But, I did the whole workout!!!

I did fat blasting cardio on tuesday, tae bo extreme last night.

Can't remember now what I did on monday, but I did a tae bo workout.

May do a turbojam cardio tonight, but am undecided at the moment.
