Guest guest
Pamela I know how you feel. My daughter has been hospitalized many times for URIs (upper respiratory infection) that she could not handle without being admitted. She's even had pneumonia 5 times, severe croup dozens of times, and so on. She gets so very ill as we only were recently able to get the doctors to test her, diagnose her, and treat her for an immune system deficiency. It makes me so angry when other parents, particularly those who know how seriously ill Caitlyn is, bring their kids over or have me over when their child has an URI. They have the nerve to get mad at me when I get upset yet I'm the one that has to watch my child get sat on for IVs and so on. Other parents just won't understand. Guest guest
The worst is when your mother and father in-law comes over and have bronchitis, almost pneumonia. That really makes me angry. When she was sick and in the hospital, my father in-law was sick with URI and he came into her room and just stood there. He was only there to drop my husband off. If he was sick, why did he have to just stand there around all of these other kids that are trying to get better. > Pamela > > I know how you feel.
