Hi Nukhet:Provigil is to treat the MS fatigue. I've been having overwhelming fatigue and when it hits I cannot stay awake. I sleep for hours and feel like I'm drugged. So my neuro gave me samples of Provigil to try and I started it on Monday. I feel awake and alert. I feel like I might actually be able to do something with my day. It's a great feeling. My neuro told me it's not a stimulant like Ritalin or other amphetamines but it acts like a

In the way of medications I take: LDN (low dose naltrexone), Neurontin, Provigil, Baclofen, Klonopin and then medications for high blood pressure and thyroid.
