ha I just learned will be getting his next " shunt job " in about

three months (give or take) so scary that we have to start all over

again so soon as he has three other things he needs done at about the

same time I wonder how many they can combine it in to one " down time " ?I

am so scared its going to be like the first time when they kept doing

surgery every two weeks I REALLY HATE SIGNING THOSE STUPID CONSENT

FORMS!!!!!!! feel like if something goes wrong its my fault for letting

them do it in the first place even though I no it all has to be down

sorry had to vent god luck with Caity..

, The thought of another surgery for Caity is very scary. I know

that my daughter and son-in-law have thought the same thoughts as you.

" Can we put her through this again? " Then they think of the

alternative; Caity needs this surgery for a chance at life. It was so

scary to see Caity after her first surgery. She was so swollen and

looked so miserable for a couple of days. They didn't close her chest

for several days and you could see her heart under a piece of clear

film. I never thought I could deal with enything like that, but you

do because you have to. I enjoyed the pics of . He looks like a

little fighter like our Caity. Thanks for your kind words of support.
