Contraindications for gait belt?

It's obvious to me that for our patient s/p aortic aneurism repair use

of gait belt is contraindicated, but I also don't want to allow its use

for a frail woman with aortic stenosis.

Does anyone have a list of contraindications for gait belt usage?
