The way I understand it is...Patient sees physician 10-1-04 and the first referral (script) is good for 30 days. The patient then needs to see the physician on 11-1-04 to obtain another referral which is now good for 60 days (till 1-1-05). Then any additional scripts are good for 30 days at a time after the 60 day referral. Is that correct? Thanks for your help.
