Guest guest
Hi beth, That's so interesting re. possibly having my gut checked for yeast. I have often thought there might be a connection. What test do I ask for? From my searches on the net, there doesn't seem to be a way to test for yeast elsewhere in one's body - ie, intestinal yeast. Any suggestions - or experiences - with this from anyone in the group would be helpful. Thank you. Sadie > > Hi...my suggestion about the yeast infections is to have your gut checked. Guest guest
Hi Sadie, The kefir can help with the internal dysbiosis and help the gut. I might start with that and see how it goes. You can do the anti candida diet but boy oh boy it can be tough. Sometimes all it might take for you to help get balanced is knock out the refined sugars, refined foods and get some kefir in you. Or find out if you have some sort of food allergies, etc. And your husband! Especially if you guys have taken any sort of anti biotics/anti fungals. Tons of possibilities why the imbalance happens. I like this site for info. http://www.earthclinic.com/Remedies/kefir.html If you google kefir, you will find TONS of info :-) Good luck!
