Switching from Vivelle Dot to Estrogel

I'm hoping some here can guide me in this switch from the .375 Vivelle Dot to using EstroGel. I was using the .25 vivelle and that wasn't enough so went up to the .375 which is inbetween the .25 and the .5.

My gyn gave me a sample of Estrogel with little guidance as to how much to take other than stating that my dose on the Vivelle was the second lowest.

Would one or two "pumps" be equivalent to the .375 dot?
