Guest guest
Chantelle, Get a lawyer to write the request on his letter head. That helped us get educational records. :-) Or write the letter again and cc it to a lawyer. That would cost less. Or, are you near the hospital? If you go into the medical records office yourself, sometimes you can sit in medical records and get copies right there. Some of your records are probably 'in storage' possibly due to the amount of time that has lapsed since your birth. It can take some time for the hospital to get the records if they are in storage.
