This question pertains to a skilled nursing facility. We are

located in Ohio. When having certifications and re-certifications

signed by the MD, what is the requred timeline for MD signature?

Administar(our intermediary) states the cert/re-cert should

be " promptly signed " or signed " as promptly as possible " . Does

anyone know if there is a specific timeline for signature? Thanks

in advance.
