On an Acute Inpatient Rehab unit (IRF) serving patients with a

variety of diagnoses, what HPPD (hours per patient day) are you

currently running with?

Do you include Unit Secretary hours in your HPPD numbers?

Do you include Housekeeping or other ancillary staff in your HPPD

numbers? If so, what other job descriptions are included?

Do your nurses provide all your lab draws and IV starts, or do you

have in-house Lab and IV Teams?

What is your current Management Structure?
