GFCF pizza crust - ok, let's just make it the whole pizza

Finally, I've made one I can stand.

These are the ingredients in approx. amounts (I always estimate):

3/4 cup Rice flour

3/4 cup potato starch

1/2 tsp xanthan gum

1/2 tsp salt

Mix up then add:

2 T. Olive oil

1/2 cup water (? Add and mix till it is like soft cookie dough)

Put olive oil on the pan and on your hands, grab the dough and press it into

pizza shape. Bake crust for 10 min. on 350 degrees before adding sauce and

toppings.

Here is the sauce:

1 can tomato paste

1 1/2 cans water

1-2 T. sugar (to taste)

1 tsp. italian seasoning (basil, marjoram, oregano, etc.)

1/4 tsp. garlic powder

1/4 tsp. onion powder

1/8 tsp. ground red pepper

1/8 tsp. salt

Mix with fork and spread on crust. Put on your desired toppings and cook

another 10-15 minutes at 350!
