I just looked on the Kirkman site for magnesium and I was amazed to find so many

forms of it.

http://www.kirkmanlabs.com/SiteSearchResult.aspxstrSiteSearch=magnesium

There is glycinate, malate, sulfate, oxide and citrate, plus in the B6/magnesium

tabs it is a combo of oxide/glycinate/citrate.

Can anyone explain any of these to me and how one would know which one to

choose?
