Guest guest
Terri, I too would get headaches with estrogen when I was taking oral estradiol and would back off it for a day or two then go back. If you're concerned about not bleeding and possibly building up a lining have a sonogram done to see how the lining looks. What I now know is that whether I'm taking estrogen or not, I build up a lining for whatever reasons. Would progesterone stop that from happening and "oppose" the estrogen, as everyone claims, now that i'm taking estrogen again? I doubt it since it built up without taking any sex hormones for 1.5 years. This may be a bit "out there" for some folks reading this... I consult with a medical intuitive. She and I go over supplements, medications, etc as to whether they are good or not for me and how much to dose. When I mentioned progesterone, her exact words were "Your body said NO WAY even before you finished the last syllable of progesterone." And now my gyn is insisting that I take it if I want to continue my .25 vivelle dot which allows me to sleep. The last several weeks I've been doing about a half line of the Wiley progesterone that I have hanging around (never did do the protocol but ordered the E and P) which is around 10 mg and I am flashing more, as usual. I also found that addressing my adrenals has been a positive step. I have been taking an adrenal glandular product from Standard Process, Adrenal Dessicated, for 2 months (it's a short term product). I'll be switching to a less potent adrenal from them called Drenamin soon. I found that night flashing improved considerably. I think I slept through until 6am the last two nights. What to do about no sex drive??? hmmm.....what I do is......don't have sex : ) Sorry...... it's not funny, but I have to keep my sense of humor.Janet To: rhythmicliving From: terri4320@...Date: Sun, 13 Jun 2010 14:09:12 -0700Subject: Re: Evamist Hotmail has tools for the New Busy.
