Guest guest
I have always hear of docs making the new belly-buttons...i don't think I have ever heard of somebody actually not getting one put in. As fro piercing anyhting else...umm---no friggin way...for a couple reasons... 1 -- uh -- no! 2 -- uh -- the guys that work as the piercers are pretty grungy looking (I know - they are clean and good guys)...and the ONLY one getting into the area is the hubby -- nobody else is fondling anything down there!!! Oh -- and that same excuse applies to the twins, too... grins jb-bb Alisa B wrote: Jodi Some people that have TTs end up losing their belly buttons. Not many but a few. Guest guest
Hi Jodi, I can think of one woman who did not get a new belly button. I thought that was odd but to each his own. The woman came to one of our in person support groups, on a Monday night I recall and showed off her sunburst tattoo in the center of her abdomen wher eher navel should have been. She was an old timer who returned because she had regained 50 pounds from drinking full sugared Coke and junk food... Guest guest
Jodi LOL...if I end up without one I'll be just as happy. And I know someone who has a boobie pierced...quite frankly I think it's ugly as sin on her. And it's giving me the willies thinking about it!!!! Guest guest
OOh! I want a " cute " belly button, and a tattoo on my belly, once it's " tight " ... Who knows, I might go crazy and get my belly button pierced, too. Funny story, slightly OT... When I got my first tattoo, my husband got the same tattoo, in the same place (different color). Anyway, my BIL and his SO went with us. I was really scared. They had me and hubby in the chairs at the same time, so my BIL and SO were with us. Mark was so awesome. He held my hand and patted me, and told me where they were in the process(he's outlining now, filling in blue, etc...) and then this girl came in. They put her in the chair between us, clamped her belly button, and Mark freaked out! I thought he was going to pass out right there when they clamped her! He patted me on the hand, said " you're doing good " , turned pale as anything, and RAN out of there. He didn't come back until that girl physically left the building... Guest guest
Cindi Lesson learned....by her I hope! > I have a friend who had a nipple pierced and a crochet cover on her bed. One night she " flipped over " in her sleep and ripped the sucker out. It was UGLY and PAINFUL! I knew then that nipple piercing wasn't for me... > > Cindi J > >
