In October I had another monitored sleep with the overnight o2 meter. It turned out my machine was way too low for me. My stats went down in to the low 80's a few times, an average of 90. The stomach cramps escalated and - so did my constipation!!! I usually have a breakfast smoothie with pears, a 1/2 a banana, apples, prune and cherry juice, flax seed and aloe vera. I eat a fair amount of living foods and take sto! ol softeners. Last week, though, I was so impacted & dehydrated, I ended up in the ER. I have never been in so much pain in my life!!! That night I didnt use my CPAP because I couldnt take anymore stomach pain. The next night I did use it and immediately had a major gas expelling fest!!! I'm starting to wonder if the CPAP is forcing enough air into me to dry me and my stool out enough to constipate me and cause the severe dehydration?
