Guest guest
, I have a terrible problem with discoloration and cavaties. It is a combination of steroids, antibiotics, nebulizers, and reflux (which is common to lung disease). My dentist can buff a lot of it off, but there are lots of repairs.....lots! Guest guest
Hi , I'm sorry to hear you are going through it with your teeth. You too Joyce. I'm having a terrible time with my teeth from all the same things you mentioned Joyce. I have to get to a dentist ASAP. I am going through liquid orajel and clove oil like crazy. I rinse them with salt water a lot. In the past I've used Hydrogen peroxide as a good rinse for inflamed gums. These days they say its too much of an irritant. This last week my mouth has hurt so bad I have to only eat soups. I dispise what these drugs do to our bodies. My heart goes out to you both. LynnA. Pull um!!!! Guest guest
Lynn, I am an 'anti-dentite". I have a wonderful dentist who keeps me patched up. However she is suffering from Breast Cancer right now and I am waiting on her to get back to work. (Pray for her, she is a wonderful woman) Because I am now on Plavix, no one wants to even clean my teeth. Now what???? My dentist told me not to use peroxide or Listerine or anything abrasive like that. She told me that it destroys tissue. Besides that peroxide loses its effectivness 3 days after it is opened. I use Biotene products, very mild and very effective. Tooth decay is dangerous for us. Any bacteria in our mouth is a straight shot to our poor sick lungs.
