Guest guest
I hope others can talk about how long it took for WP side effects to subside. I joined this group with the idea of learning all I could about WP before going on it. When I saw the huge amounts of progesterone, I stepped back and just watched. As I expected, women were really struggling with the progesterone. I am so glad I didn't try it. Val -----Original Message----- From: rhythmicliving [mailto:rhythmicliving ] On Behalf Of seagrave42 Hi again, New here and posted a few days ago. Trying to get off WP, and have an appt. on Monday with a new Dr. I'm on day 14 of cycle and have decided to not use the P this month, as I feel I probably have enough after 6 months on WP. This will be my last month of this toxic poison!! I've lowered my E down also, and I am just trying to maintain my sanity. Hopefully my new Dr. will get me on something else ASAP. I have a feeling she may be overwhelmed by how much hormones I have been taking. After doing some research and reading all of your posts, I'm frightened at the levels I've been taking too. No wonder I am not well. I have had a sinus infection for 3 months, acne, any pimple I get takes about a month to completely heal. Also extreme fatiigue, depression and neck pain. I'm 34 and feel 100!! How long after coming off WP did any of you see some of these side effects leave? Any insight would help. Guest guest
Valarie, what type of HRT do you use? I'm hoping my new dr. will have some alternatives for me, because I know I need estrogen. > > I hope others can talk about how long it took for WP side effects to > subside. > > I joined this group with the idea of learning all I could about WP before > going on it. Guest guest
Yes, I know about that, because now I'm fat and cry all the time. Guest guest
yes it it amazing how women react to different amounts of hormones---I was using both, and all of a sudden I started gettng moody, cried a lot, tense, I cut back on the estrogen and felt better......too much estrogen was causing PMS symptoms for me.....
