Guest guest
A Prayer to Live With Grace May we discover through pain and torment, the strength to live with grace and humor. May we discover through doubt and anguish, the strength to live with dignity and holiness. May we discover through suffering and fear, the strength to move toward healing. May it come to pass that we be restored to health and to vigor.May Life grant us wellness of body, spirit, and mind. And if this cannot be so, may we find in this transformation and passagemoments of meaning, opportunities for loveand the deep and gracious calm that comes when we allow ourselves to move on.--Rabbi Rami M. Guest guest
Hi Everyone, I Sent you all Christmas Greetings but they got lost somewhere in my computer I guess. I never saw them here anyway. So now I will send you wishes for a Blessed New Year. I hope you experience God's peace and are aaware of how much He loves each of us. I hope we all experience better health, but in our struggles find God/s Presenceregardless. I thought this prayer that was sent expressed it very well. Anyway I sat down today to write in my journal what a rough year it has been--my diagnosis, my husband just lost a part-time job he really enjoyed and it helped supplement our retirement fund., one of our children is having marriage problems, etc.etc.. But as I thought a bout the year I found there were many blessings, too. I don't write very often but you all are in my thoughts and prayers. You encourage me and help me cope with this illness and most of you are sicker than I am and yet you keep hoping and enjoying life and that helps me too.
