Guest guest
Hi Sheri.....I have been meaning to ask you if you are so tired some days....and have good days, and bad days as far as general well-being. My PF is sorta stabilized too....but, that doesn't mean I don't have body "hurt" days. Same for you? Joy 3/6 ipf Sher K Bauman wrote: MB...missed your posts! I arrived home in NY last evening around 6. Had a very long day in the car and today feel a bit like I've been run over by a bus so I'm laying low and letting the unpacking wait till who knows (or cares) when. Had a wonderful Christmas with my son and my sister Amy and her family in Hillsborough NC. My nieces and Grace, at 4 and 2 and a half, are prime Christmas age so it was lots of fun. All in all I felt well while I was traveling, just more fatigued than usual which I expected. Now it's back to the routine, back on the treadmill tomorrow etc etc etc. I have to wade through a couple of hundred messages to catch up. Hope everyone is well. You were all in my thoughts and prayers for the last couple of weeks. I'm very grateful you are in my life. Can't imagine tackling this disease without the love and support you all offer here. Love and hugs! Beth Fibrotic NSIP 06/06 Don't try to explain it, just nod your head. Breathe in, breathe out. Move on. J. Buffett Joy (IPF 3/06) Today is a gift for each of us. Enjoy it. Guest guest
Joy...from Sher...Yes, I definitely have days that unpleasant. More down than up days. Yes, 'hurt" days. I'm thinking my 'hurt days' are due to this awful arthritis and fibromyalgia I suffer with, but maybe not all of it. Gee, who knows??? My sympathies girlfriend!
