Guest guest
I thought we were the only ones dealing with an intermittent rash. It started around last October had it off and on a few weeks, then it went away for a few weeks, then it was back and so on it goes. He has the rash on nearly a daily basis now. He’s had extensive allergy testing blood and scratch. His yeasts are supposedly not a problem, we now do Epsom baths, he’s done some chelation, doc doesn’t seem to think it’s viral. After starting chelation, it seemed to disappear for 3 weeks the first time. 2 weeks the second time and 1 week the third time. It is progressively staying away for shorter periods of time. But he wasn’t doing the chelation when he first started with hives, in fact we didn’t start that until April. Yet at school he was coming home with nearly daily clinic notes. It is exaserbated with exercise and/or heat. It never seems to last longer than 30 minutes either. My rule is that I’d give him an internal medicine like Benadryl after 30 minutes. I think we did that once and it didn’t seem to have much effect. Thanks for taking the time to read this over. Hope you can help.
