Guest guest
Happy New Year and a very warm welcome to all our newcomers. Our membership list is growing by leaps and bounds, and our message board is quite active. If you are becoming frustrated and overwhelmed with the numerous emails you are receiving, our site offers a couple of other options: (1) WEB ONLY (no email): if you would prefer to view all the messages on the board rather than receiving individual email, you may change your preference to WEB ONLY. Absolutely no email will be sent your way, and to view the messages, you log into the website at your convenience; (2) DIGEST: This feature gathers a number of messages (via email) into *one* message rather than many messages. If any of you are having a problem maneuvering our website and find it difficult to change your preference, please let one of us know and we will do it for you. We are here to help you. A big " hello " to our newcomers and welcome! Ellen 68 NC
Guest guest
I know I'm a nag about this, but you can also help yourself by directing your A-fib group e-mail to a separate folder. Create a new folder under the Inbox in Outlook or Outlook Express, and call it something *really obscure and inappropriate*. Like " Afib " ;-) Then direct mail into it automatically: - Outlook Express 5 you use Tools/Message Rules/Mail - Outlook (97/98) you use Tools/Inbox Assistant, or if that is " greyed out " download the Outlook Rules Wizard from : http://office.microsoft.com/downloads/9798/ruleswiz.aspx Ask for all mail sent to " AFIBsupport " to go that folder.
