Guest guest
We just started my son on Diflucan last week, and he has developed something sort of like a rash on his face. It looks more like goose bumps, just raised dots all over his forehead, cheeks and chin areas. Is this a yeast rash? We started Valtrex this week, 250 mg/3x/day. He is 5.5 yr old and 40 lbs. The rash started the day we started Valtrex, so it can't be a Valtrex rash so soon, right? What does a Valtrex rash look like? Is it red all over the body? We used LDM-100 over a year ago and he did break out with a rash after 10 days. If he already had an LDM rash, can we expect a Valtrex one? He gets canker sores in his mouth quite often, so we know he has the herpes virus. Thanks.
