Guest guest
, I'm soooooooo happy!!! Thank God!! I mean I know asthma is nothing to sneeze at (no pun intended) but it's a heck of alot better than some unknown poorly understood interstitial lung disease!! As a fellow mom I can imagine how you must be feeling tonight!! Enjoy your children , you deserve it!! Beth Fibrotic NSIP 06/06 Don't try to explain it, just nod your head. Breathe in, breathe out. Guest guest
, You tell Nick that I am jealous. Santa never comes to see me when I am at the doctor's office. I am so grateful that he is not so seriously ill, although Asthma is no picnic. Will he have to carry an inhaler? My grandson has asthma and the school will not allow him to carry his inhaler. He has to leave it in the nurse's office. The school is huge and it is so far when he has an attack. It is part of a no drug policy. So, he carries it anyway. Has done so for about 6 years. Not caught yet. I give thanks to God above. Have a glorious Christmas. Who knows what blessings the New Year might bring. Guest guest
he will have one inahler to use twice a day, zyrtec and singluar daily, an special inhaler to use only if he is having an attack (so that one will go to school with him) then he also has albuterol in a pill form as well as for the nebulizer......cost me a dang fortune today, he did. lol i was laughing so hard when he was doing his PFT. the lady would say blow blow blow blow and he finally but his hands on his hips and was like lady i can only blow so much! LOL or he would stop blowing and say i am blowing! LOL KIDS! gotta love 'em. Guest guest
I am relieved as well, so I can imagine how you feel. LOL. I never thought I would be saying I am so glad someone has asthma, but with the alternative, it is good news. Now Nick can get back to being a kid and not dealing with doom hanging over his little head and you can get back to focusing on keeping yourself healthy to raise him. I am so happy for you both.
