Almost anything can be a trigger....we are all different. My cardiologist/EP didn't even want to talk about what might have caused mine because he said everyone had something different. When I work I actually drink a tea with ginseng in it......I feel much better with it than coffee. It does not make me any better or worse.....but keeps me going, while coffee makes me feel worse. I worked almost 11 hours today and drank tea at our 3 breaks... have no idea if I was still in afib or not just real tired with aches and pains at the end. Just remember that what works for me or you may not be good for someone else. Just takes some experimenting.
