zithromax for 7 days /now what?

I started my son on Zithromax for 7 days. He is much better since day 5 .Calm /

no biting / not as hyper. I started it for suspected strep. What do i do now?

Can i continue Zithromax for longer or should i just switch to OLE GSE OoG .Many
