My clinic has done this type of thing over the years and charge it as a

contract to the hospital. They pay us hourly and we provide the proof of

current

licensure and professional liability insurance. We figure we may as well be

of service wherever the need is as long as it is ethical, legal, and moral.

That way it keeps us in the forefront. I figure our charge based on billable

services per patient and that way the hospital makes money and we do also.
