yes my emphazizing IS witholding, yeast feeders won't take themself off of carbs, and addicts won't take themselves off of milk, gluten, soy....those craving allerens won't take themselves off of it, it takes someone saying you can't have it. unforchantly NOT doing that has made many of our kids end up here and sicker

Re: GI doc for pale stool

I'm not arguing that yeast is bad, that carbs feed yeast, or that getting them off carbs can help it all. I'm arguing HOW you suggest parents go about it. Emphasizing is not the same as withholding foods.>> hey I HAVE a mito kid who can't tollerate protien....don't act like I don't know what that is.....and have a second one ALSO having issues. I still stand with the advice given! yeast CAUSES gut inflamation. that's how it gets there. celiac disease also causes it....which again CARBS (glutenous ones) would again inflame. flames crones patients as well.....I live this to....> > having kids eat only carbs is unhealthy even if it's ALL they will eat. it's unbalenced and then they will get malnurished which again will start to shut down things and can CAUSE mito issues, shifts and changes in metibolic ways. again another reason to WORK ON, and EMPHASIS the foods you DO want them to eat...> >
